We are a Service Bureau for ORRTAX SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS.  ORRTAX SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS are the manufacturers of INTELLITAX, a Professional Tax preparation software brand.  Shaga Financial Services retails INTELLITAX, a Professional Tax preparation software brand including related services such as Electronic Filing (e-file), Refund Anticipation Loan (RAL), and other rapid refund services at substantially reduced, Service Bureau prices.  The payment of all fees and charges for services rendered by Shaga Financial Services must be made by valid credit or charge cards and/or other forms of payment made available through the service and are non-refundable, except as provided by ORRTAX Software Solutions. DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING

Upon completion of orders, merchandises are shipped within two working days (excluding legal holidays) per selected shipping options.
